Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Cancellations:

  • All reservations made on our website are considered reservation requests. You must wait for the confirmation from us to proceed with the payment. Once you receive the confirmation of your reservation you must pay 50% of the value of your reservation and send the voucher via Whatsapp to finish with the confirmation process. If you do not send the voucher via Whatsapp we do not guarantee the availability of your reservation.
  • Cancellation policy for rooms: Refunds will only be given for cancelled reservations if the Hostal is notified at least 48 hours in advance. If the reservation is last minute (less than 48 hours) no refund will be made for cancellations or modifications to the reservation.
  • No refunds or payments will be made for reservations made by clients who need to cancel their stay due to factors external to the Hostal (only weather conditions will be an exception).

Arrival and departure:

  • Check-in is available from 12:00 hrs. and check-out must be completed before 10:00 hrs.
  • Early check-in and late check-out fees may apply, subject to availability.

Payment policies:

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, wire transfer and cash as payment methods.
  • Deposit Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required for all reservations at the time of booking.
  • The VAT tax is not included in the values published on this website. If you need an invoice you must add the tax.

Lodging and accommodation:

  • The maximum occupancy per room is specified in the reservation.
  • Smoking is not permitted in designated rooms or areas. Fines will be applied for smoking in non-permitted areas.
  • The distribution, sale or consumption of illicit substances and/or alcohol is not permitted in any of the rooms and/or areas of the hostel.
  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables left in the rooms or common areas. 

Behavioral policies:

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other guests.
  • We reserve the right to terminate the accommodation of any guest who breaches the behavioral policies, without refund.
  • It is the duty of all passengers NOT to make annoying noises, provoke altercations, and in general, any act that disturbs or inconveniences other guests.
  • The hours of use for the common areas are from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
  • The use of rooms is exclusively for admitted and registered passengers, third party visits are not allowed.
  • Please note that our establishment is a family environment and that we have pets that run free in the common areas.
  • In addition, guests are asked to bring their own sleepers or slippers.
